Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Easethetics, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the platform on behalf of a clinic or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep it up to date.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Easethetics only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable healthcare and data-protection regulations. You may not misuse the platform, attempt to disrupt its operation, or access data you are not authorized to access.
- Comply with all applicable laws and professional standards
- Obtain proper consent for any patient data you store
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise the service
Subscriptions & billing
Plans are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time; changes take effect as described on our pricing page. Setup fees are one-time and non-refundable once onboarding has begun.
Data ownership
Your data is yours. You retain all rights to the clinic and patient information you store on Easethetics. We act solely as a data processor and will never sell or share your data, except as needed to provide the service or as required by law.
Service availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime and continuously invest in the reliability of our infrastructure. Occasionally we may perform scheduled maintenance, which we will communicate in advance whenever possible.
Limitation of liability
Easethetics is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
