We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, clinic details, contact information, and billing data — when you create an account or contact us. When you use the platform, we also process the clinic and patient records you store, strictly on your behalf and under your direction.

Easethetics runs on enterprise-grade AWS infrastructure with SSL encryption in transit and at rest, regular backups, and strict access controls. We continuously monitor our systems and follow industry best practices to safeguard your information.
Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel, your data remains accessible for 30 days so you can export it, after which it is securely and permanently deleted from our servers.
Your rights
